CA Craft Beer Dinner: 2018 Menu Release!

Calling all craft beer lovers and foodies! The California Craft Beer Summit Beer Dinner is returning for another beer and food pairing experience! Join brewery owners & brewers from across the Golden State at Mulvaney’s B&L in Sacramento for a 5-course menu paired with specialty California craft beers. Menu preview included below.

PREVIEW the 2018 CA Craft Beer Dinner menu & beer pairings:

Smoked salmon & passmore caviar flatbread with creme fraiche and cippolini  paired with “Cellarman”  a barrel-aged saison from Sante Adairius Rustic Ales 

Duck breast, blue emmer wheat berries, grilled squash, long beans, salsa verde & hay smoked honey paired with “Sabre-toothed Squirrel” a hoppy amber ale from Smog City Brewing Co.

Tagliolini with Michael’s wheat, Susan’s chile, Ray’s tomato & John’s corn paired with “Man Juice” an american IPA with mandarina bavaria and citra hops from Knee Deep Brewing Company. 

Chai-braised all-natural pork belly, yucca puree, green papaya salad, picadillo peperonata, IRS glaze & micro wasabi paired with “Stone 22nd Anniversary IPA” from Stone Brewing Company. 

Pistachio cake, sour cherry, creme fraiche & rye paired with “Mourverde 2016”  Divine Origin Series from Woods Beer Co.
