The California Craft Brewers Association invites you to participate as an exhibitor at the CCBA Fall Members Conference. As an exhibitor you will have the opportunity to network and present to over 450 craft brewery owners, brewmasters, decision makers, and brewery startups.
Exhibitor Pricing:
Non-CCBA Member: $1,500
Allied Trade Member Price: $1,275
Multi-Event Price (for Allied-Trade members that also exhibited at the Summit): $1,100
Exhibitor table sponsorship includes the following:
- 6’ x6’ space
- 6 foot table (tablecloth & two chairs)
- Company logo on CCBA event webpage
- Company contact information listed in the conference guide
- Contact list of all conference attendees
- Two conference exhibitor passes
- Two tickets to the Thursday night dinner on Dec. 6 at Bear Republic Restaurant
Exhibit tables will be located in the Dry Creek and Alexander Valley Ballrooms & Dry Creek Valley Foyer close to all conference meeting rooms. Below are the dedicated trade show hours where attendees will walk the trade show area and speak with exhibitors. However, please note that every exhibitor table is accessible to attendees at any time throughout the two day event.

Thursday, Dec. 6
- Exhibitor Set-Up: 7 AM-8 AM
- Breakfast & Trade Show: 8 AM-9:15 AM
- Trade Show Lunch: 12:30 PM-2 PM
- Beer Reception & Tradeshow: 3 PM-5:45 PM
- Dinner Reception at Bear Republic Restaurant: Separate Ticket Required: 6 PM-8 PM
Friday, Dec. 7
- Exhibitor Tradeshow and coffee & bagels: 8:00 AM-9 AM
- Lunch Reception & Tradeshow: 11:00 AM-NOON
- Exhibitor Breakdown: 12:30 – 1:30 PM
