Brewery Set-Up: 8:30 AM – 11 AM
All set-up completed, no vehicles allowed in the Area after 10:30 am
- VIP Gates Open: Noon
- GA Gates Open: 1pm
- Last Call: 4:50 PM
- End Event: 5 PM
CCBA Will be providing brewers with the following:
- 10 x 10 Tent
- Standard event signage with your brewery’s name to go on the tent
- Tablecloth
- 8 ft table
- 2 chairs
- 20 gal. Keg Bucket
- Ice
- Dump bucket
Brewers will need to provide:
- Jockey box equipment (CCBA will not be providing jockey boxes, email beer@cacraftbeersummit for help with sourcing)
- Any additional signage/ decor for your table and to put up around your booth
