Get your beer to market! Learn how to successfully self-distribute or work with distributors at the CCBA’s Spring Conference
CCBA’s Spring Conference in San Diego, May 21-23, will include a variety of hands-on learning opportunities on issues spanning brewing technique, legal updates, economic and financial advice and more! This year, CCBA is including two separate seminars specific to distribution.
The first seminar, Successful Small Scale Self-Distribution, will include perspectives from three breweries with a varied level of experience and history in self-distributing their products in California. Join Bottle Logic, Anaheim Brewing Co. and San Diego Brewing Co as they walk through what prompted the decision to self-distribute, the framework and logistics they needed in place to launch their beer to market and what they’ve learned along the way.
The second seminar, Distribution: The Advanced Course, will step through the phases of your relationship with a distributor, from developing a contract to on-boarding the team to avoiding legal pitfalls and maintaining healthy working relationships to the most commonly asked question of all: how do you get out of your contract? Join Craig Rashkis for this legal and realistic walk through the timeline of a distributor relationship.
