Alex Larrabee founded Big Stump Brew Co. with wife and business partner, Larissa in 2016 in Midtown, Sacramento. Alex was introduced to craft beer by his law school classmates and picked up home brewing as a hobby. While practicing law, Alex built a 1 BBL homebrew set-up and brewed on the weekends. Through the help and support of his awesome wife, Alex finally made the jump and worked for a commercial brewery prior to opening Big Stump. As CEO, Alex’s main job, as he will affectionately put it, is herding cats.
