George Thornton has been homebrewing since 2001. He opened The Homebrewer in 2012 (AHA Homebrew Store of the Year 2018), and Home Brewing Co. in 2015. He is a Certified Cicerone, National BJCP, & Instructor with the SDSU Business of Craft Beer.
