With a background in Five Star hospitality, Ilana focuses on the customer experience and sales at Trademark Brewing. A Chicago native, Ilana studied hospitality at Boston University, before operating hotels in New York, and eventually migrating to Los Angeles to open a large resort. Her passion for craft started with frequent visits to legendary Midwest and Colorado breweries, and she became immersed in home brew when she met Sterling in 2013. Her first home brew was a big coffee chocolate stout that had a horrible stuck mash – and thus 10 Hour Stout was born.
