Kenneth Daniels is a Court of Masters Certified Sommelier whose varied experience in the wine and hospitality industry spans near 20 years. Kenneth entered the hospitality industry as a graduate of The National Culinary School of San Diego and worked as a personal chef for 5 years, including a stint aboard The Californian, the official Tallship of California. His beverage management experience ranges from Dick’s Last Resort, Darden Restaurants and Landry’s Restaurant Group.
After leaving restaurant operations, Kenneth’s focus is on beverage education and beverage history. He is considered a Beverage Anthropologist, sharing his love of cuisine and beverage with a passion and flare all his own.
Kenneth is currently a whiskey associate for Glenfiddich Scotch Whisky and is a contributing editor and writer for The Tasting Panel Spirits Magazine.
