Marco Costales is a beverage alcohol and craft beer attorney who represents clients in all three tiers of the alcoholic beverage industry (manufacturers, distributors/wholesalers and retailers). His clients include craft breweries, beer wholesalers, importers, major restaurant groups, hotel owners/operators, golf course facilities and airlines carriers, and Marco assists them with license transfers, compliance and regulatory matters (including compliance with California’s “Tied-House” restrictions).
Marco has extensive contacts with brokers, consultants and others in the industry and has worked extensively with ABC’s Trade Enforcement and Licensing Units, both ABC Division Offices, and nearly all ABC District Offices. He has excellent working relationships with ABC Executive Staff, including the ABC’s General Counsel and several of its staff attorneys. Marco also has contacts with other beverage alcohol attorneys throughout the United States, to whom he often refers clients with multi-jurisdictional operations.
