Phil Burton

Phil stumbled upon the Napa Valley back in 1974 and fell in love. Needing a job he got a position at Barrel Builders as an Apprentice Cooper that same year. Working his way up he became the sole owner in 1990 with his daughter Heather joining the family business in 2014. With 40+ year of experience in the cooperage industry he has had the opportunity to travel the world and share his knowledge. If he’s not working he is kayaking or volunteering with the Pope Valley Fire Department where he’s the Assistant Chief.
