The Master Brewers Association of America will be providing a technical workshop for Fall Conference attendees. This workshop will consist of the following sessions:

  • Traditional and alternative fermentation techniques
  • 21 Amendment Brewery case study presentation on the fermentation issues from their new brewery and what they are doing to fix the issues
  • Dry hopping
  • Malting fundamentals

Date: Sunday, November 13, 2016
Time: 2:30pm to 4:30pm. CCBA Welcome Reception to follow at 5:30pm
Location: Faction Brewing Company, Alameda
Cost: No charge for CCBA brewery members, $20 for non members
