After an exciting weekend of festivities at the Great American Beer Festival (GABF), the Brewers Association (BA) awarded 303 medals to 263 breweries across the country. This year’s award ceremony hosted 2,033 breweries from all 50 states, D.C. and Puerto Rico. Judges evaluated 9,298 entries from 99 categories. The enormity of the competition requires them to be judged over weeks by hundreds of beer judges and experts from ten countries.
