Promotions in the Summit Expo Hall

Advertising in the Expo hall is a unique way to gain brand exposure to conference attendees.

  • NEW! Brand the Summit Water Dispensers – Your company logo, on the water dispensers around the Summit Expo – $2,000

  • Summit Attendee Bag Inserts – Your company’s promotion material inserted into the Summit Event Bag provided to all attendees at registration (must be pre-approved by CCBA – approx. 2250 units): $750
  • Truck Parking outside of Convention Center for both days of the expo (September 12 and 13): $2,000
  • Table Tents – One table tent placed on each table for one day (Thursday or Friday) – includes approximately 30 tents per day: $1,000
