CCBA-sponsored legislation opened up new opportunities for beer manufacturers, allowing them to sell their beer at both public and private events through a ‘Beer Caterer’s Permit’, which took effect January 1, 2025. Allowing craft beer to be enjoyed at gatherings and celebrations across the state!
