Please Note: Exhibit tables will be located within the Alexander and Dry Creek Valley Ballrooms & Dry Creek Valley Foyer. Below we listed the conference schedule and dedicated trade show hours. Please note that every exhibitor table is accessible to attendees at any time throughout the two day event.
Thursday, December 6, 2018
- Exhibitor Set-Up: 7:00AM-8:00AM
- Breakfast & TRADESHOW: 8:00AM-9:15AM (food area will be set early so exhibitors and sponsors can grab a bite before exhibiting hours)
- Lunch TRADESHOW: 12:30PM– 2:00PM (food area will be set early so exhibitors and sponsors can grab a bite before exhibiting hours)
- TRADESHOW & Beer Reception: 3:00PM- 5:45PM
- OFF-SITE NETWORKING EVENT: Dinner reception at Bear Republic, Rohnert Park, from 6:00PM-8:00PM
