Summit Schedule & Hours
Schedule is subject to change.

Cicerone Off Flavor Sensory Analysis
Cicerone is hosting an off-flavor sensory analysis to help attendees sharpen their sensory evaluation skills in a focused, professional setting. Join Master Cicerone Dan Imdieke for a tasting and discussion of 6 common off flavors found in beer. Practice evaluation techniques, identify how to get in touch with your personal perception of each flavor, and understand the source and ways to prevent each off flavor from forming in your beer.
This is at no additional cost to brewery attendees—but you must reserve your seat when registering for the Summit. This session is limited to two representatives per brewey; all sensory participants must be affiliated with a brewery.
Lallemand Brewing Off Flavor Sensory Analysis
Lallemand Brewing is bringing their Non-Alcoholic Sensory Analysis workshop to the U.S. for the first time. Crafting low- and no-alcohol beers can be both challenging and, at times, risky if not done with care.
This hands-on workshop gives brewers the opportunity to identify some of the common compounds responsible for the vegetal and off-flavors often associated with NA beers in a safe and guided environment to explore some of these complexities. Attendees will learn to recognize off-flavor compounds, understand where these compounds come from, and what brewers can do to mitigate these off-flavors.
This is at no additional cost to brewery attendees—but you must reserve your seat when registering for the Summit. This session is limited to two representatives per brewey; all sensory participants must be affiliated with a brewery.
