All passes include breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, coffee, snacks, plus access to the welcome reception, exhibit hall, and all educational sessions held throughout the event. Must be logged in to receive member pricing.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations notices must be made IN WRITING and received by CCBA no later than Friday, October 10, 2025. All cancellations received on or by Friday, October 9, 2026 will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made after Friday, October 9, 2026. Please send cancellation notices to events@cacraftbeersummit.com.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Media passes are available to credentialed journalists, editors, photographers, videographers and other media professionals working for a recognized media outlet.

RESPONSE TIME
A media pass is not guaranteed. All media pass requests will be reviewed and responded to within 3 business days.
